The compact Bowflex Ultimate XTLU home gym is designed to be a versatile piece of exercise equipment. Offering over 90 gym-quality ecercises, it helps to improve strength, power, and muscular endurance as well as enhance weight reduction and help prevent injuries.
Although the Ultimate XTLU only needs a small footprint of 7 X 9 feet, it incorporates all the essential attachments needed to have a full-body workout. It includes a lat tower to help you build back and shoulder muscles, a squat station for building glutes, hamstrings, and quads, a leg station for developing muscular legs, and a built-in rowing machine for calorie-burning and warm-ups/cool-downs.
The Utimate XTLU uses patented Power Rods that provide 310 pounds of resistance. You can hook one, two, three, or all of your Power Rods to the cable pulley system and go from 5 pounds to 310 pounds of resistance. The “weight” provided by the Power Rods simulates working with free weights, but without the risk of injury.
Additional features of the Bowflex Ultimate XTLU home gym include the ability to fold it up and roll it into the corner or a closet to get it out of the way. It is expandable to 410 pounds with additional Power Rods (optional). It also comes with a 10-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship.
