It’s two ways to improve your physique with one compact home gym.

The Gyrotonic Transformer 1000 offers full-range-of-motion exercises to strengthen ligaments and increase flexibility in all major muscle groups. It also has traditional linear weight lifting exercises like squats, curls and presses to help with building muscle.

The unit has three levels of smooth spring resistance for each hand/foot strap. Since there are no free weights, you don‘t need a spotter during your workout. Also built in is a comfortable foam-padded bench which folds for easy storage.

The 125 pound Stamina home gym is made with a heavy duty steel frame, which gives it great stability. It needs a space of 72 inches by 62 inches while being used. But it can be folded to a compact size of 72 inches by 28 inches while not in use.

The Gyrotonic Transformer 1000 also has a removable seatback and chest pad for added support, a comfortable foam padded bench, and elevated rotating arm units. It also comes with a 22-minute workout video to give you the help you need to get started right away.

The compact Bowflex Ultimate XTLU home gym is designed to be a versatile piece of exercise equipment. Offering over 90 gym-quality ecercises, it helps to improve strength, power, and muscular endurance as well as enhance weight reduction and help prevent injuries.

Although the Ultimate XTLU only needs a small footprint of 7 X 9 feet, it incorporates all the essential attachments needed to have a full-body workout.
